As a child, Madison Kent delighted in reading any book that was available to her, in any genre. But when she first tried her hand at writing, even while still quite young, it was the mystery genre that captured her attention.

 

Madison has now published four Madeline Donovan mysteries and is working on the fifth in the series.

 

Among her favorite authors are Hemingway, the Bronte sisters, F. Scott Fitzgerald and, of course, Agatha Christie and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Her other passions include portrait painting, dancing, and studying American history.
